Local businesses and bystanders have taken to social media to express their gratitude towards the first responders for their swift action in securing the area and preventing any possible escalation of the incident.
As of now, the Bartlett Police Department continues to counsel the public to steer clear of the affected area until further notice. In their latest communication available on their official Facebook page, they suggested to the local community, "Please continue to avoid the area in the meantime," signaling an ongoing effort to ensure public safety and the integrity of the investigation. Local authorities are expected to issue an all-clear when they deem the situation fully contained and safe for the public’s return.
