Seven students who were aboard the school bus at the time of the crash did not sustain injuries, according to the FHP. Local authorities, including Clay County Sheriff's Office deputies, were on the scene to assist with the incident. The investigation has handed over to the Florida Highway Patrol, which continues to further understand the circumstances around the collision.
