According to Cleveland19 News, both victims were found early yesterday morning, on South Hawkins Avenue near Peckham Street, after a call had reported gunfire at around 12:15 a.m. The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office declared that the two young women were pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
The medical examiner's office has scheduled an autopsy for today to further investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths. The names of the victims have yet to be released to the public as the case is still under examination.
