Slated for Thursday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Boulder County Southeast Community Hub in Lafayette, the session aims to arm realtors with vital knowledge on wildfire mitigation, including methods to diminish the potential for home ignition amidst the growing concern of wildfires.

The pressure is mounting for realtors in areas flirting dangerously with nature's untamed flames as Wildfire Partners imparts key strategies for addressing the risks, the imperatives of mitigation when courting the market's favor between the desire to secure a dream home and the need to shield it from the vagaries of fire. These professionals stand with resources in hand and information at the ready. "This training is an opportunity for realtors to deepen their understanding of wildfire risk in Boulder County and provide valuable guidance to clients navigating the challenges of buying and selling homes in the wildland-urban interface," said Jim Webster, Wildfire Partners program manager, according to Boulder County News.

Training participants are poised to leave not only more informed but also poised for recognition with the successful completion of the program and the requisite final test.
