An Oklahoma man, Teagen LeBlanc, 22, has been charged with an assortment of crimes related to the solicitation of minors for sexual acts, according to multiple reports. LeBlanc, from Edmond, now faces a total of 34 charges after initial arrest and subsequent re-arrest following the discovery of further evidence.
As reported by KOCO, Oklahoma law enforcement officials received a tip from a South Dakota mother who found disturbing Snapchat messages on her 12-year-old stepdaughter's phone, in which LeBlanc misrepresented himself as a 15-year-old. This initial discovery led to his first arrest and was compounded when additional messages with another 12-year-old girl from Pennsylvania emerged. Due to the severity of the allegations, LeBlanc's bond was set at $1 million at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
Further investigation into the matter uncovered approximately 200 images and videos of the South Dakota girl on LeBlanc's phone. A KFOR report details these allegations, and notes that LeBlanc also faces new counts related to the enticement of the Pennsylvania victim, where he allegedly exchanged sexual conversations, photos, and received over a hundred photos and dozens of videos from the girl.
The expanding case against LeBlanc was confirmed by documents filed by prosecutors, as noted by News 9. The documents describe LeBlanc as using his age-disguised identity on Snapchat to exploit the minors into sending explicit material. If LeBlanc manages to post bond, the stipulations are stringent; he would be subject to house arrest, continuous monitoring through an ankle monitor, and denied access to a cell phone, computer, any form of social media, and, or tablet.
