
Las Vegas roads witnessed another incident this morning when an electric scooter rider was struck by a car at a busy intersection. The accident occurred near East Flamingo Road and Burnham Avenue, west of Eastern Avenue around 9:30 a.m., according to News 3 LV. The rider was promptly taken to a hospital with injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have reported that the driver involved in the crash stayed at the scene and appeared not to be impaired. The area was temporarily closed as investigators processed the scene. Details about the exact cause of the collision remain limited, and there are no charges reported at this time.
