Sherlock is described as a white male, fair-skinned with brown eyes and blonde hair, about 3 feet tall and weighing roughly 39 pounds. His mother, Jewel, is a white female with green eyes, brown hair, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing about 120 pounds. The sheriff's office indicated that while Sherlock's current location is unknown, there's a possibility he may be in the Marble Falls area, or he might have been taken outside Texas.
