
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is seeking the community’s help following an armed robbery at a local restaurant last month. Authorities are searching for an unidentified suspect believed to be responsible for the crime. According to their social media post, on September 17, an individual entered an establishment on Timuquana Road, brandishing a handgun and demanding cash from the cashier, following the hold-up, the perpetrator fled the scene before authorities arrived.
The suspect was captured by surveillance dressed all in black, his identity concealed by a black ski mask, in their plea for public assistance, the Sheriff's Office described the urgent need to identify the suspect to prevent further incidents. "We need your help identifying this armed suspect," the post read, "Any information you have could help officers make sure the suspect can't do this to anyone else."
