The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. yesterday, as reported by KTNV, and resulted in the closure of Cheyenne in both directions. KTNV's coverage notes that two motorcyclists were headed westbound when an eastbound Tesla collided with one of them during a turn.
According to a report from News 3 LV, one motorcyclist navigated the intersection without incident; however, the second was struck by the Tesla, suffering life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Tesla involved has been evaluated and showed no signs of impairment following the accident. News 3 LV's report specifies that the injured individual was transported to UMC Trauma and was unresponsive upon arrival at the hospital.
