The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in finding Samuel Colon, a 64-year-old man reported missing since Tuesday. Colon was last seen on the 1000 block of East Cheltenham Avenue, according to a notice published by the department.
Described as 5’10" in height, and weighing 130 lbs, Samuel Colon has a thin build and was last observed sporting a grey t-shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers with white trim. The day he vanished, he was also wearing white socks, adding a stark contrast to his otherwise dark attire.
