The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in tracing Jose Serrano Irizarry, a person recently reported as missing within the confines of the 15th District. According to a bulletin posted by the Philadelphia Police Department, Irizarry was last seen on Monday around 2:00 p.m. in the vicinity of Erdrick Street, specifically the 79xx block.
Irizarry, who is often seen at the train station on 15th and Market Street, has a history of traveling by train to destinations including New York and New Jersey. The missing individual is a 27-year-old man with a heavy build, standing about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has a light complexion, brown eyes, and brown hair. His last known clothing included a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
