The City of St. Augustine has announced the expansion of its Free Park & Ride Shuttle service for the upcoming Nights of Lights festival. The service will be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting from November 15 through January 11, 2026, also covering the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve, as highlighted in a recent social media post by St. Johns County.

In a move to promote smart transportation options during Mobility Week, the city decided to routinely offer shuttle rides from 1:00 to 11:00 PM, with special scheduling on Light-Up! Night. On this inaugural evening, November 15, additional shuttles are to operate on Anastasia Island from 4:00 to 11:00 PM, making it easier to once again witness the ignition of holiday splendor without the hassle of traffic and parking woes.

Commuters can park at St. Johns County Health Department, Broudy's Lot, and San Marco Lot to access the shuttle services. The city encourages attendees to take advantage of these convenient parking locations situated at 200 San Sebastian View, 198 W. King Street, and 301 San Marco Avenue, respectively.

Additionally, on Christmas Parade Day, December 6, the shuttles will start earlier, beginning at 8:00 AM to accommodate the increased foot traffic and visitors descending upon the city's festive streets. For those looking to plan their evenings or navigate the event with ease, the city has also released a Nights of Lights mobile app. The app features maps, tips, and more, and can be downloaded for an enhanced experience of the holiday spectacle.
