On October 9, Commissioner Taylor attended the opening ceremony of the St. Johns Cultural Council's Plein Air Exhibition. The event was part of the Arts in Public Spaces program, which displays artwork in public buildings throughout the county. Taylor officially opened the exhibition, which encourages interaction between the public and local artists.
