On Wednesday, the quiet streets of Windsor were disrupted by a violent occurrence that brought together community members and law enforcement in a collaborative apprehension effort; the suspect, identified as Daniel Tirado Gonzalez, 37, was arrested following a reported stabbing and carjacking. According to a social media post from the Town of Windsor Police Department, CA, deputies responded to the crime at the Arata Lane and Elsbree Lane intersection. They provided medical aid to the victim, whom Gonzalez had stabbed before he fled in their vehicle.
