On Sunday, there is a 30% chance of morning rain before conditions become partly sunny, with highs around 54 degrees. West wind gusts may reach up to 31 mph.
Further north, Vermont and New Hampshire may see a wintry mix. NBC Boston reports that freezing rain could produce up to one-tenth of an inch of ice in some areas, followed by snow in higher elevations late Saturday into Sunday. These conditions may affect travel in mountainous regions.
Looking ahead, Monday is expected to be mostly sunny in Boston with highs in the mid-40s and occasional strong west wind gusts. The remainder of the week is forecast to feature mostly sunny conditions with highs in the mid-to-upper 40s and clear nights.
