According to the Dallas Police Department, officers arrived at the 800 block of N Lancaster Avenue to find a male victim, unresponsive due to gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of Dallas Fire-Rescue, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Dallas authorities have opened an investigation into the incident, now filed under case number 167647-2025. The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m., but the details surrounding the circumstances of the homicide remain unclear.
