As reported on the official Douglas County Sheriff's Office social media page, cadets from Class 21 are closing in on the tail end of their intense 21-week training program with only two weeks remaining until their graduation ceremony. In the latest update, the cadets were put through their paces in challenging building searches, a key component of law enforcement training designed to hone their practical skills, bolster teamwork, and test their resilience under pressure.
According to the post, the cadets received community backing from local institutions like the Front Range Church and O’Brien’s Café, alongside the DCSO Chaplains, who together provided the necessary sustenance and moral support for the cadets during this rigorous phase of their induction into law enforcement.
