In a move to honor those who have served in the military, Englewood's Broken Tee Golf Course is rolling out a special offering throughout November for veterans and active duty military personnel. According to the City of Englewood, the course is waiving fees on its par 3 course for any service member with a paying partner, and tossing in a free small bucket of golf balls for the range to boot.
The deal is part of the course's Veteran and Active Military Appreciation Month, and there's a notable lack of red tape here: one free green fee per day per military ID, with ID required, and that's it, repeat play is entirely on the table for the entire month. While carts aren't included in the offer, the course does invite military guests to enjoy this token of appreciation as many times as they'd like throughout November.
Announced just ahead of Veterans Day, the initiative seems timed to coincide with not just this federal holiday but to extend a month-long acknowledgment of the sacrifices made by military personnel. Unlike some one-day deals, the consistent access throughout November ensures more service members can take advantage of the offer at a time that suits their often busy schedules, as per the City of Englewood.
