In an effort to find forever homes for hundreds of pets, the City of Jacksonville's Animal Care & Protective Services team has announced the "Clear the Cages" event series for the month of November, focusing on boosting pet adoptions. To encourage residents to adopt, ACPS is waiving all adoption fees during this period. "Clear the Cages is not just an event – it is a lifeline,” ACPS Chief Michael Bricker explained.
