Fiscal year-to-date totals reached $3.97 billion, marking a 1.5% increase compared with the same period last year, as reported by the Office of Administration.
Missouri’s individual income tax collections reached $2.57 billion, up 4.5% year-over-year, with an 8.2% increase recorded for the month alone. In contrast, pass-through entity tax collections fell 20.7% to $103.0 million, highlighting variability in the state’s revenue streams.
Sales and use tax collections in Missouri rose 1.1% year-to-date, with a 0.7% increase last month. Meanwhile, corporate income and franchise taxes fell 26.4% for the year to $209.5 million, including a 6.9% decline in October, indicating potential changes in business activity or a slowdown in the corporate sector.
Other revenue collections declined 9.5% year-over-year to $265.0 million, with a sharper 13.9% drop last month, suggesting variability in miscellaneous revenue streams. Refunds, however, decreased 17.3% for the year and 30.6% in October, helping to support overall net revenue growth.
The Office of Administration notes that these figures reflect a single point in time and should be viewed within the broader context of changing fiscal data.
