Meanwhile, the Camry's driver, 19-year-old Gabriel Matthew Cline, was also hospitalized and subsequently cleared of injuries but then charged with multiple offenses. Authorities outlined additional charges for Cline, highlighting the gravity of the crash and its surrounding circumstances. According to WCCB Charlotte, Cline faces accusations of driving by a person less than 21 years old after consuming alcohol, carrying a concealed weapon, reckless driving, and possessing an open container of alcohol. A secured bond of $10,000 has been issued.
