On Tuesday, a motorcyclist was injured in a crash at Windmill Lane and Bermuda Road in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the accident happened around 9:10 p.m. The motorcyclist was traveling westbound over the speed limit when they collided with a vehicle exiting a private driveway onto Windmill, as reported by News 3 LV.
A motorcycle rider was injured in a collision and taken to the hospital. The rider’s condition has not been released. Windmill Road was closed between Vista Palmas and Amigo in both directions, with traffic expected to be affected for at least an hour as the investigation continues, according to FOX5 Vegas.
Officials have not announced any charges. Residents and commuters are advised to use alternative routes while updates on the crash and the motorcyclist’s condition are expected.
