Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station were called to address a trespassing incident at The Home Depot along Foothill Boulevard on Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, they encountered Cesar Augusto Ramirez Villeda, a 50-year-old male from Fontana, reportedly loitering in the parking lot. He was recognized as someone who had previously been arrested for trespassing at this same location, as per a statement given by representatives of the property to the deputies.

While dealing with the situation, the deputies also had to manage Fanelly Jhovana Millan, a 42-year-old female from Ontario, who decided to insert herself into the ongoing investigation. Property management claimed she, too, was loitering and was previously directed to leave the premises. A citizen's arrest form was signed to initiate the prosecution for both individuals who were allegedly violating the no-trespassing agreement in place at the property.

According to the official report, both Ramirez Villeda and Millan now face charges for PC602-Trespassing and have been booked into the West Valley Detention Center. The Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s officials have encouraged anyone with further information on the incident to reach out to them directly at (909)477-2800, or stay anonymous by using the We-Tip Hotline or the We-Tip website to provide tips.

Ramirez Villeda's and Millan's arrests serve as a reminder of the consequences of failing to heed property rights and trespassing laws. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department seems to hold a firm stance on protecting private properties against unauthorized entry. Inquiries about the trespassing case, as noted by Deputy A. Kobayashi, can be directed to the Rancho Cucamonga Station, which is actively looking to thoroughly investigate the incident.
