The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office has issued an urgent alert for a missing at-risk juvenile, potentially involved in a kidnapping situation. The notice, posted on their social media, identifies the missing youth as 15-year-old Citlali Itzpapalot Lerma, described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with long dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was observed earlier today in the Rio Linda area, appearing to be taken against her will in a dark-colored SUV, with concerns that she might be a victim of a kidnapping and possibly other crimes. The suspect is 17-year-old Jesse Carranza, last spotted steering the vehicle, which may be an older-model Ford Explorer, both in physical appearance and clothing consistent with the sheriff's description.

Citlali was last seen wearing a dark gray hoodie, light blue ripped jeans, and black New Balance shoes. Jesse was described as wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans, though no additional identifying details were provided.
