The investigation unveiled Nathan Le, aged 18, and two male juveniles as being involved in the shooting. Le and one of the juveniles, who turned 18 at the time of his arrest, were found to have firearms, one of which was unserialized, the other unregistered. They have been booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail, the juvenile for conspiracy, and Le for crimes related to conspiracy and firearm-related offenses. The other juvenile was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall, also for conspiracy.
