
Snoqualmie residents are invited to share their input on the proposed 2026 Property Tax Levy during a City Council meeting on November 10 at 7 p.m. The city explained that “as required by law, each year the City Council must approve an ordinance estimating the amount of revenue that will be raised on the assessed valuation of property located within the City limits,” according to the City of Snoqualmie.
The proposal includes a 0.82% increase in property tax revenue, adding about $71,946 to support essential City services. Residents may participate in person or submit written comments to the City Clerk before the 3 p.m. deadline on the day of the meeting, as reported by the City of Snoqualmie.
"Residents may provide feedback on the 2026 Property Tax Levy and Revenue Sources either in-person or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk," with written comments mailed to PO Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA 98065, or emailed to [email protected] with “November 10 Public Hearing Comment” in the subject line. Details and the agenda for the November 10 City Council meeting will be available starting on Thursday on the City of Snoqualmie’s official meetings website.
