Harding's alleged criminal activities span from an August theft to November unlawful entry, including two burglaries on Biltmore Street and thefts on Willard Street, amongst others in the related districts, showing a pattern of conduct that echoed through the fall season; Harding is charged with Burglary One for incidents on October 27 and November 6 on Biltmore Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department's release.
The string of Theft One and Theft Two charges includes a November 4 event on Willard Street and multiple thefts on 11th Street and Massachusetts Avenue, with crimes dating back to early August.
