Friday night could bring a 50% chance of showers and mostly cloudy skies, with lows around 54 degrees. As isolated damaging wind gusts are possible through this evening, a Gale Warning is in effect for all waters, particularly impacting the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay and the I-95 corridor through central Maryland and parts of northern Virginia.
The weekend will present a mostly sunny Saturday with highs around 71 degrees, followed by a partly cloudy night where rain chances pick up after 1 am, signaling a 40% chance of precipitation. Sunday's conditions will toggle between rain chances and partly sunny skies, maintaining a high near a pleasant 70 degrees but with a continued 50% chance of precipitation. NWS forecasts a mostly sunny Monday with a high near 47 degrees, with Monday night skies staying mostly clear and lows dropping to around 31 degrees. Veterans Day is set to be sunny with similar high temperatures near 49 degrees, while the following night becomes partly cloudy with a low around 37 degrees. Wednesday's weather will echo the sunny disposition, boasting a high near 59 degrees.
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the area, along with a Gale Warning for local waterways, urging watercraft operators to take extra caution.
