The Coppell Police Department conveyed their sorrow via a social media post, expressing deep condolences to Kelcey's family and colleagues. Kelcey had been with NTECC for five years, dedicating her life to aiding those in distress.
Kelcey's impact on the community was evident, touching numerous lives by providing critical assistance in emergencies. Remembered as a "beacon of hope," she was much more than a voice on the line; she was a lifeline to the vulnerable in need.
