Sergeant Matt Bingham reported ongoing investigations into a failure to return a concrete mixer and a larceny from a business. Officer Jonathan Lauffer handled cases including a vehicle break-in, a $2,000 scam, and the felony larceny of a U-Haul trailer. Officer Taylor Carlton worked on a residential break-in and the theft of a dirt bike and tools, with the dirt bike later recovered.
The department's Facebook post reported several arrests during this period. Luis Fernando Cruz-Reyes was arrested for driving while impaired, driving without a license, and driving without insurance. Daylon Ashton Ammons was taken into custody for carrying a concealed weapon and drug-related offenses, while Jonathan Wade Hurst was arrested on domestic violence charges.
