Moceri, who was last seen at his residence on Aloha Road, is described as Caucasian, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing roughly 190 pounds, with brown eyes, fair complexion, and medium black hair. He also sports salt and pepper facial hair.
Details regarding his last known attire indicate that Moceri was wearing board shorts, sandals, and no shirt, supplemented with black colored framed glasses. He was also carrying two black colored bags along with his guitar.
Authorities have not specified the circumstances under which Moceri went missing but are urging the public to help locate him.
