D’Alessandro, 30, received a 20-month prison sentence after a probation check revealed methamphetamine and firearms at his Molalla residence. He pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine, classified as a commercial drug offense, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to KATU.
During a probation check on April 12, 2023, Clackamas County Parole & Probation officers observed drug paraphernalia when D’Alessandro opened the door to his trailer. This led to a more thorough search, during which officers discovered several firearms and drug-packaging materials, as per KPTV.
The investigation intensified when the Clackamas County Interagency Task Force (CCITF) became involved. Officers found two locked safes containing additional firearms, more than a pound of methamphetamine, digital scales, and drug-packaging materials, as reported by KOIN. These findings led to D’Alessandro’s arrest and eventual conviction.
The Clackamas County Interagency Task Force (CCITF), led by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office and involving agencies such as the Canby Police Department, Oregon State Police, FBI, and the Oregon National Guard Counterdrug Task Force, works to disrupt drug trafficking in the region. Funded through the Public Safety Levy and grants from the Oregon-Idaho High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, the task force aims to reduce illegal drug activity and related offenses. Evidence found in D’Alessandro’s trailer played a key role in his conviction.
