The first incident involved a vehicle and outbuilding fire that posed a threat to a nearby dwelling on Ice House Road. In an almost simultaneous emergency, responders were called to a chimney fire with attic extension on Ridgeview Drive.
Details from Parker County Emergency Services District 1's social media post show that teams from the north and east sides of the ESD 1 were busy containing the destructive force of the fires. According to the post, "Pictures from one of two working fires in ESD 1 last Sunday afternoon that kept North and East side companies busy: Vehicle and outbuilding fire with dwelling exposure on Ice House Rd. Chimney fire with attic extension on Ridgeview Dr."
