While the current conditions boast a relatively fair 20°F with a wind chill that makes it feel closer to 8°F, the city is expected to see an increase in cloud cover today, capping the high at a chilly 28°F. The weather takes a slightly warmer turn on Tuesday, with highs approaching a still brisk 31°F. It's a brief respite, as evening temperatures drop back down to around 23°F under mostly cloudy skies.
