RodeoHouston will introduce a temporary fine-dining restaurant, 1932 Cattleman’s Club, at NRG Park next spring, operated by Fertitta Entertainment. The pop-up will be open for the rodeo’s full 21-day run and will offer steaks, seafood towers, caviar service, and a Trail Boss Flaming Tomahawk. It will occupy the large sit-down space that has been located near the event’s east entrance in recent years.

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo announced that 1932 Cattleman’s Club will be located on Stadium Drive, outside NRG Stadium’s east entrance, and will operate during the rodeo’s March 2–22, 2026, run, according to RodeoHouston. The venue will offer full-service dining, including lunch and dinner, a children’s menu, and late-night options designed for concert and rodeo attendees. The concept is produced by Fertitta Entertainment.

1932 Cattleman’s Club says the menu will feature an oyster and raw bar with offerings such as Cajun Cowboy Oysters, Wagyu Carpaccio, and Shrimp & Crab Cheesecake, along with an elevated caviar service and the signature 1932 Trail Boss Flaming Tomahawk. The pop-up will highlight premium beef from sources including Snake River Farms and A5-grade cuts, while also offering dishes like lobster mac and cheese and prime rib chili. Early promotional materials describe a club-style dining room with live entertainment to complement the menu.

What It's Replacing

The new build-out will occupy the space previously used by Berg Hospitality Group’s The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, which has been part of the rodeo since 2022, the Chron reported. Berg Hospitality expressed pride in what it accomplished at The Ranch and extended best wishes to Fertitta Entertainment as the transition proceeds.

When, Where And Reservations

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and the pop-up’s site say additional details on reservations, menus, and exclusive events will be released as plans are finalized, with sign-ups available through the restaurant’s mailing list and the rodeo’s website, RodeoHouston reports. Construction and design work at the east entrance lot is expected ahead of the 2026 rodeo, which runs March 2–22, and the new structure’s footprint at NRG Park will be prominently visible as it takes shape.

Fertitta Entertainment, the hospitality division associated with Tilman Fertitta and Landry’s, has maintained a presence at the rodeo through Saltgrass Steakhouse pop-ups. Industry coverage has noted the group’s Houston roots and portfolio of premium restaurants, the Chron states.
