Crab N Spice is gearing up to crack into a fourth Las Vegas-area location at 6910 South Rainbow Road, Unit 100, and this one is coming in with a bargain hook. Franchise owner Ian McMillian told a local outlet that the Rainbow restaurant will launch an all-you-can-eat seafood boil starting at $27.99, well under the roughly $38 to $39 base price at the brand’s other Valley spots. The Rainbow unit is expected to open by the end of January 2026.

In an interview with What Now Las Vegas, McMillian, who says he holds exclusivity for Crab N Spice in the Vegas market, confirmed the Rainbow address, the $27.99 starting point for the all-you-can-eat option, and the late-January 2026 opening window. He said he and his family will run the restaurants and that the lower price is meant to make the AYCE boil more accessible for locals.

How The Price Stacks Up

As reported by Las Vegas Meal, the chain’s all-you-can-eat deal has typically been advertised just under $40, roughly $38.99 at local locations. Crab N Spice's site currently lists three Valley restaurants, in Lakemead, Henderson and at the Chinatown Arville outpost. That makes the Rainbow location’s introductory $27.99 tag roughly an $11 discount off the usual local price.

Family-Run Franchisee Leans Into Locals

McMillian, who told What Now Las Vegas that the goal is to offer “something affordable, great quality, and great experience,” said the recent Chinatown opening and the coming Rainbow spot are both designed to bring the brand closer to neighborhood diners. He noted that the restaurants are run with family members and local staff to help keep service moving when the all-you-can-eat crowds hit.

The Space And The Brand’s Background

According to local business listings, the 6910 South Rainbow Road unit previously housed a Shaking Crab restaurant, so the address already has some seafood history. Crab N Spice traces its origins to a Ventura home kitchen in 2014, and the company now runs multiple California locations, according to the brand’s own pages.

If the $27.99 base holds, the Rainbow outpost is on track to be one of the cheapest all-you-can-eat seafood boils in the Valley when it opens. Keep an eye on local listings and the chain’s pages for the final grand opening date and any pre-opening promos.
