Justine Bradley Miller, a 35-year-old Kentucky resident, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct in a Michigan courtroom. He admitted to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Wexford County in 2016 and sharing sexually explicit images and videos with her, according to the Department of Attorney General.
Miller evaded charges from his 2017 indictment until his arrest in Kentucky in January 2025. His capture and extradition were part of Operation Survivor Justice, a collaboration between the Michigan Attorney General, local prosecutors, and the U.S. Marshals Service, as reported by the Department of Attorney General.
Attorney General Nessel said, “I am appreciative of the collaboration between my office, the Wexford County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and the U.S. Marshals Service in securing this conviction,” and added, "Through Operation Survivor Justice, we remain committed to working together to hold offenders accountable after evading the law and pursuing justice for survivors." Miller is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Hamlyn in the 28th Circuit Court on March 16 at 3 p.m., as stated by the Department of Attorney General.
