On Jan. 27, East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers shared a missing-person flyer with Hurlburt’s description and last-seen details on Facebook. As posted by East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers, the flyer asks anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers and includes a photo to help with identification.
Where She Was Last Seen
The flyer lists Hurlburt’s last known location as the area near John Tarleton Park in west Knoxville, a neighborhood green space that connects to the Liberty Street Greenway. Per the City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation page, John Tarleton Park sits off Division Street and is used for walking, recreation, and community events. With its trails and greenway access, the park’s layout can make canvassing the area more complicated for searchers and volunteers.
