Covington police are asking residents to be on the lookout for 27-year-old Gabrielle Houillon, who was reported missing after she abruptly dropped out of contact earlier this week. Investigators say she was last seen in person around 8 a.m. Tuesday and sent a text message at about noon that same day, but has not been heard from since. Police say Houillon does not have a working cell phone, and officers do not know what clothing she was wearing when she disappeared.
