A Racine home turned into the center of a drug bust last Wednesday after a multi-week investigation by the county Metro Drug Unit and the sheriff’s SWAT team. Deputies say they pulled sizable amounts of cocaine, crack and marijuana from the residence, arrested one man at a traffic stop and are still looking for a second suspect, as reported by FOX6 Milwaukee.

Search warrant and evidence recovered

According to a news release sent to FOX6 Milwaukee, investigators secured a search warrant for a residence near Memorial and Prospect after agents made controlled drug buys from the home. Inside, they reported finding 41.5 grams of powder cocaine, 139.3 grams of crack cocaine and 119.8 grams of marijuana.

Deputies also located an empty gun box with three loaded magazines inside, although no firearms themselves were recovered. The release noted that the same address had been searched previously in 2025 as part of related enforcement activity.

Arrest, charges and sheriff's statement

Authorities say 31-year-old Jarvis Walker left the residence shortly before the warrant was served. Deputies stopped his vehicle, took him into custody without incident and booked him into the Racine County Jail.

Walker is being held on $72,500 bail on counts listed in booking records as manufacture or delivery of cocaine in an amount greater than 40 grams, possession of THC as a second or subsequent offense, maintaining a drug trafficking place and felony bail jumping, according to FOX6 Milwaukee.

“Drug trafficking will not be tolerated in Racine County,” Racine County Sheriff Chris Schmaling said in the release.

Wanted suspect and tips

The same news release identified 54-year-old Patsy Clemmer as not in custody and stated that a warrant will be issued for her arrest. Authorities asked for help in finding her.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Racine County Communications Center at 262-886-2300 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 1-888-636-9330, according to the Village of Caledonia police page that lists local tip lines and dispatch contacts.

Legal context

The release describes both Walker and Clemmer as convicted felons, a status that bars them from legally possessing firearms under Wisconsin law. The Wisconsin State Law Library explains that Wis. Stat. § 941.29 makes possession of a firearm by a felon a felony offense.

While no guns were found during this search, deputies did report finding magazines and ammunition. Items like those can be used as evidence and may factor into how prosecutors choose to pursue related charges as the cases move forward.
