
A Sunday afternoon shooting left a man in critical condition and drew a heavy police response to southeast Memphis, after officers found the victim along the 4000 block of Germantown Road, according to authorities.
Police said the man was rushed to a hospital in critical condition and that an investigation was underway at the scene. Officers had responded to reports of gunfire in the area, where they located the wounded man, and the case remains active.
According to FOX13 Memphis, Memphis Police said there is no suspect information available at this time.
