The chance of precipitation stands at 50%. For tonight, the clouds will persist with a low settling around 16 and a light west wind.
Heading into Tuesday, Detroiters might catch some flurries before the afternoon takes a brighter turn with partly sunny skies and a high near 26. The mild west wind will again be around 7 mph. The drop in temperature Tuesday night cannot be understated, as it is set to plummet to a low around 6 degrees, with a northwest wind keeping things cool between 3 to 6 mph.
Wednesday looks more favorable with mostly sunny skies and a high near 22, along with light northwest winds at 5–7 mph. Mostly cloudy conditions return in the evening, with lows around 7.
Thursday will bring a mix of sun and clouds with a high near 25. Snow becomes likely after 1 a.m., with increasing clouds and a low around 20. Friday stays mostly cloudy with another chance of snow and a warmer high near 33, before temperatures drop sharply Friday night to around 2.
