The list of individuals taken into custody by Covington PD also includes Lewis David Peacock, 47, of Baton Rouge, charged with the same offenses along with an additional count of child grooming. As for the arrests made by the Louisiana State Police, Kevin M. Pierre, 26, of Folsom, and Mayfield J. Lee, 44, of Metairie were charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, and attempted carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
