The team is eyeing a soft opening by late February, taking over a compact storefront most recently home to a tattoo studio that has since moved farther down the block. For now, the menu is still under wraps as permitting and build-out wrap up behind the papered-over windows.

The first public sign that something new was brewing on the corner came via a liquor-license filing, reported on Feb. 5. As reported by What Now, Parico confirmed the plan, and the application pegs the target opening as “by the end of February.” That puts the timeline firmly in the “soon, but not quite there yet” category.

The cafe is slated for the 3607 W Colfax Ave. space within the 3601–3615 W Colfax building at the corner of Lowell and Colfax, placing it directly across from Seedstock Brewery, according to CommercialCafe. The commercial listing highlights the unit’s walkable, high-visibility location and compact footprint, which lines up neatly with a single-tenant cafe setup.

What Now’s report does not spill many beans on the details, offering no specific menu items, hours, or clues about whether the cafe will roast its own coffee. For now, the liquor-license filing and the owner’s confirmation remain the clearest public signals that Kersle Daily Delights is indeed on its way to the block.
