A 35-year-old man from the Oaklyn/Barrington area of New Jersey has been arrested after Bensalem Township detectives say he tried to solicit explicit photographs and arrange sexual contact with someone he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. Investigators say the suspect described sexual acts in graphic detail and allegedly offered to pick the juvenile up from a Bensalem home and drive her to his New Jersey residence. He later surrendered to police and is being held on a substantial bail figure.

According to a Facebook post by Bensalem Police, detectives say the online conversations began on Nov. 30, 2025, when the account asked whether the juvenile was a virgin and requested photographs. Police say the contact paused for a period, then resumed on Dec. 29, with the suspect allegedly detailing sexual acts, asking the juvenile to “come out,” and telling her he would travel to pick her up.

What Happens After An Arrest In Bucks County

Bucks County’s Department of Corrections operates the county’s Main Correctional Facility and reception intake in Doylestown, which processes newly committed offenders and pretrial detainees, the county says. That campus is where defendants remanded by magisterial judges are typically held pending the posting of bail or further court action, according to the county’s corrections office.

Arraignment And Charges

Bensalem detectives say they identified the man as 35-year-old Justin Orio. After an arrest warrant was issued, Orio turned himself in at the Bensalem Township Police Department on Feb. 18 and was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone. According to Bensalem Police, Orio faces counts of unlawful contact with a minor and sexual abuse of children involving photo and video material, and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $750,000 bail. The department added that no juvenile was ever in danger during the investigation.

The arrest is the latest in a string of Internet Crimes Against Children investigations the department has publicized, part of a broader enforcement push that has led to multiple arrests in recent months. Local reporting on the department’s investigations and a county press briefing has documented similar cases and the detectives’ proactive approach, according to CBS Philadelphia.

Anyone with information about this case or similar online solicitations is asked to contact Bensalem Detectives at 215-633-3719 or submit a tip through the department’s online contact resources. The non-emergency number and reporting options are listed on the department’s public contact page.
