Self-pour beer and stone-fired pies are on their way to one of Addison’s busiest stretches. Oak & Stone, a Florida-born chain known for artisan pizzas and a tech-driven self-serve tap wall, is slated to open in Addison this summer. The new spot will span roughly 7,000 square feet, seat about 340 guests, and serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch daily.
The restaurant is headed for 5225 Belt Line Rd. #220 and will be the brand’s second Dallas-Fort Worth location, following a McKinney opening planned for this spring, according to CultureMap Dallas. The announcement describes the layout as geared toward groups and social dining, which should fit right in along Addison’s ever-busy Belt Line corridor.
Tap wall and tech
The star of the show at Oak & Stone is a sprawling self-serve tap wall that the company says can feature about 50 rotating options across beer, wine, bourbon, cocktails, and several non-alcoholic choices. Each tap comes with a small tablet that lists ABV and tasting notes, and guests use a tap card to track and measure their pours, per the brand’s website: Oak & Stone.
Pizza, wings and tavern fare
The menu leans tavern-forward, with stone-fired artisan pizzas (including a pie called the Winger), wings, Philly-style snacks, and sides such as smoky gouda mac and cheese. “Beer is why we get up every afternoon,” the chain declares on its website, and that beer-first philosophy runs through the offerings at Oak & Stone.
North Texas expansion
Founded in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2018 and operating as part of the Artistry Restaurants group, Oak & Stone is framing its DFW expansion as a natural next step, a release says. Calling the Addison debut “an exciting milestone” for the brand’s North Texas growth, company president Sam Aguilar highlighted the move as a key part of their broader push into the region, according to CultureMap Dallas.
Oak & Stone has not set a firm opening date beyond “summer 2026.” Once the doors finally open, the Addison location is expected to add a high-capacity option to a dining strip that already pulls in a steady mix of locals and office crowds.
