Summer at Denver Botanic Gardens is already spoken for. The Gardens unveiled its 2026 Summer Concert Series on Wednesday, rolling out a York Street lineup topped by Soccer Mommy and Grace Potter and stacked with indie favorites, jazz heavyweights, and veteran songwriters.
The shows will run from June through August at the Gardens' York Street UMB Amphitheater, with a slate that includes Band of Horses, The Beths with Beach Bunny, Gregory Porter, and Judy Collins, among others. For Denver concertgoers, it is shaping up to be a run of big-name nights in a very familiar garden setting.
Lineup Highlights And Dates
According to The Denver Post, John Craigie and Blind Pilot will open the series on June 23, Grace Potter is set for July 7, and Soccer Mommy follows on July 9. The schedule pairs indie draws like The Beths and Beach Bunny on July 29 with roots and jazz acts, including Band of Horses on August 6 and Gregory Porter.
The full lineup spans roughly a dozen nights across the summer, so there is a little something for most tastes, whether you lean toward singer-songwriter, indie, or smooth jazz under the stars.
Tickets, Presales And Onsale
Per Denver Botanic Gardens, membership presales run March 11-13 for Gardens members and Swallow Hill Music members. General public tickets go on sale March 16 at 10 a.m.
All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Gardens' official ticketing system, and the event page notes that sales are non-refundable. Members are urged to check their email and the Gardens' website for exact presale windows and eligibility details so they are not left refreshing the page at the wrong time.
Produced With Swallow Hill Music
The Summer Concert Series is produced in partnership with Swallow Hill Music, which has long handled concerts at the York Street amphitheater. That involvement typically means a mix of national touring acts, local support, and member benefits, a model that has become a summer staple for Denver live music fans.
Local presenters and station partners often coordinate presales and promotions around these shows, adding a few extra hoops for deal-seekers but also a couple more chances at early access.
What To Expect At The Gardens
The series will take place at the Gardens' York Street location at 1007 York St, Denver. The Gardens note that all shows are rain or shine and that there are no onsite ticket sales, so you will want those digital or printed tickets squared away before you head over.
Gates typically open in the early evening, and ADA accommodations are available. Attendees are encouraged to check the Gardens' visitor information for entry times and accessibility instructions tailored to each show. Policies on outside food, photography and recording may vary by artist, so keep an eye on pre-show notices for any last-minute rules.
Evenings al Fresco And Local Presales
The Gardens also plan an Evening al Fresco series of smaller local performances that will be announced later this spring, with tickets expected to go on sale in mid-May, according to The Denver Post. That gives locals another calendar of outdoor music to pencil in once details drop.
Local radio KBCO has also highlighted the full lineup and notes that its Interactive members will get a separate presale starting March 14. With public sales locked for March 16, fans who want first crack at Soccer Mommy, Grace Potter or any of the other garden gigs will want to sort out their preferred presale path sooner rather than later.
