In an attempt to lure tourists into extending their stays, Universal Orlando Resort is rolling out a new limited-time ticket deal that's stamping a whole week onto your theme park itinerary for a price that says otherwise, offering six or seven days of unrestricted park-to-park access, for a sum squarely in the territory of a five-day ticket's worth. According to a report from ClickOrlando, this canny move includes the gateways to every inch of their four parks: Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and the new kid on the block, Universal Epic Universe.
It's a taste of the big leagues for Universal Studios, breaking ground by throwing its doors wide open, pulling you from ride to ride for nearly a week straight, and I've got to say, it's a bold maneuver, given they've yet to even throttle up to full capacity, meanwhile, resort guests bedding down for five consecutive nights at several of Universal's choice hotels – think Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort, or maybe Universal Aventura Hotel, to name just a couple – will find themselves wading in deeper with an additional $300 dining credit sweetener, as noted by MyNews13.
It's not just the week-wanders getting a slice of the pie; other ticket tiers on offer include three- to five-day park-park passes with all the daily fixings including Epic Universe; while one-day, two-day, and three-day deals tailored for Florida natives loop in heightened access to these fantasy realms, carving out a steady future for Universal Orlando's ambition to reframe itself as a weeklong vacation hotspot, one that might just necessitate gearing up to full operational velocity sooner than later.
Universal Orlando hasn’t officially confirmed it yet, but Epic Universe could soon be included in annual passes. The new park will feature more than 75 attractions, and if you’re interested in exploring everything it offers, you can check out tickets and hotel reservations online.
