The brand’s locations page already lists “Poké House - Vegas” at 7175 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 168 and tags it as “COMING SOON,” according to the Poke House website. That address lines up with Rocksprings Plaza, a neighborhood center in Summerlin that is home to several national tenants, per a LoopNet listing for the property. The site sits along W. Lake Mead with high visibility and direct access to grocery and fast-casual anchors, the kind of setup that frequently draws in expanding chains looking for steady foot traffic.
Franchisee Eyes Eastward Growth
Gene Zhou, listed as the franchisee and operations advisor for the Las Vegas shop, said the company “has always wanted a presence in Las Vegas” and described the Lake Mead location as a first step toward broader East Coast expansion. The chain, which began in San Jose in 2016, now runs more than 70 locations across the United States, and the Las Vegas outpost is expected to open early this fall, according to What Now Las Vegas. If the timeline holds, Summerlin locals will not have to wait long before Poke House joins the neighborhood lunch rotation.
