Erika Kirk and Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo helped cut the ribbon Thursday on Turning Point USA’s new Las Vegas headquarters, a storefront near Sunset Road and Decatur Boulevard that opened under watchful eyes. Several Republican leaders and supporters turned out for the event, along with a noticeable police presence circling the building.
As reported by 8 News Now, Turning Point USA describes the new space as a hub for volunteers and training. The group hosted the ribbon-cutting at the office, where Erika Kirk, who now leads the organization, appeared at the ceremony and Lombardo joined local Republicans onstage. 8 News Now also reported that the organization has endorsed Lombardo for re-election and that several party officials were in attendance.
Organizers Say The Space Will Train Volunteers
Organizers and volunteers told 8 News Now the office will double as a training room for ballot "chasing" and other volunteer operations. Tyler Bowyer said the room will serve as the training space for "all of the ballot chasers," while volunteer Yadusha Jones said she already has a list of more than 100 people ready to deploy. Attendee Elisheba Delote told the station that "Charlie Kirk's message continues to resonate with supporters."
What Kirk's Succession Means
Erika Kirk was named CEO and chair of Turning Point USA after the September 2025 killing of founder Charlie Kirk, as reported by AP. Las Vegas organizers said the new office is intended to help coordinate volunteers and training ahead of the 2026 cycle.
